What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
The ATF25Egypt Invitation Program is for senior buyers from the travel industry, who have qualified through the Egypt Travel Market Hosted Buyer application process, to participate in an exclusive three-day event program.

Senior travel industry professional in leisure, MICE, luxury and corporate travel with direct purchasing and contracting authority.
Agree to abide by all Hosted Buyer Program commitments and participation policies according to the terms and conditions.
Be able to provide references of work done in the last 6 months to 1 year.
You must have an intermediate level of English to communicate with international participants.

Hosted Buyer Terms and Conditions

1. DEFINITIONS
In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words shall have the following meanings:
"ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team" refers to the GMT Fuarcılık team located at the address Çağlayan Mah. 2039/1 Sk. Bal Plaza Kat: 5 No: 11, Muratpaşa / Antalya / Turkey.
"Event" or "Fair" refers to the Africa Tourism Fair, also known as "ATF" or " ATF25Egypt," which will be held 22 - 23 May 2025.
"Participant" refers to any travel product supplier who has signed an agreement with ATF25Egypt to secure exhibition space at the Event.
"Hosted Buyer" is a term used to describe a travel trade professional or travel product buyer who has registered to attend the Event and has been selected and accepted by GMT FUARCILIK to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program under these terms and conditions.
"Hosted Buyer Program" refers to a special and limited capacity program organized by GMT Fuarcılık, which provides accommodation and other benefits to Hosted Buyers who agree to fulfill certain program requirements, including but not limited to attending a minimum number of pre-scheduled meetings.
"Medical Emergency" refers to a situation involving injury, illness, or any condition that requires treatment, diagnosis, care, or medical advice, typically requiring urgent intervention or hospitalization.
"Pre-Scheduled Appointment" refers to a meeting arranged by GMT FUARCILIK between a Hosted Buyer and a Participant that takes place during the Event.

2. APPLICATION PROCESS
a) To be considered for the Hosted Buyer Program, all applicants must complete the online Registration Form.
b) Completing the online Hosted Buyer Registration Form does not automatically guarantee a place in the Hosted Buyer Program. Applicants will be notified whether they have been successful, and all applicants must go through a rigorous selection process. GMT FUARCILIK's decision to accept or reject an applicant for the Hosted Buyer Program is final.
c) All applicants will be notified whether they have been successful or not.
d) Due to the limited capacity of the Hosted Buyer Program and the high volume of applications, it is not possible to accommodate all applicants.
e) If accepted into the Hosted Buyer Program, a registration fee of 200.00 € (plus VAT) will be charged. This is not a deposit and is non-refundable. Failure to pay the registration fee within the specified timeframe will result in the cancellation of the application.
f) GMT FUARCILIK will normally accept only one application per company for the Hosted Buyer Program. Accepting additional Hosted Buyers from the same company or sister companies is at GMT FUARCILIK's sole discretion.
g) All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must meet the qualifications to be considered for the Hosted Buyer Program.
h) All applicants will undergo a review process based on qualification criteria, and further information may be requested to support their application.
i) The registration form must be completed accurately. Incomplete, outdated, or incorrect forms will not be considered.
j) Applicants may be contacted during the application process using the references provided in the Hosted Buyer registration form.
k) Applicants should only apply if they are attending the Event to invest in outbound travel products and services and NOT any inbound products and services ATF25Egypt.
l) Applicants are advised not to apply if they do not meet the specified requirements or do not intend to fulfill the commitments outlined for the Hosted Buyer Program.
m) The submission of the registration form for the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Program will signify the applicant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
n) Applications from Hosted Buyers with a known potential Government travel restriction, visa restriction or border closure for any reason at the time of application will not be accepted.

3. REGISTRATION
Successful applicants will be notified of their Hosted Buyer status by email, and to secure their place, they must complete the following (failure to do so will result in the cancellation of their Hosted Buyer status):
1 Fill out the official statement registration form;
2 Complete the necessary Hosted Buyer form;
3 Pay the required 200.00 € + VAT registration fee.

4. HOSTED BUYER APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
To apply and be considered for the Hosted Buyer Program, all applicants must meet the following requirements:
a) Be a senior travel industry professional with direct authority to make purchases and sign contracts;
b) Agree to comply with all commitments of the Hosted Buyer Program, including but not limited to attending the required minimum number of appointments;
c) Provide references for work done in the past year.

5. HOSTED BUYER BENEFITS
Successful applicants for the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Program will benefit from the following exclusive advantages organized by GMT Fuarcılık, the ATF Hosted Buyer Team, and Official Partners:
a) Recognition as a significant buyer in the market;
b) Three (3) nights of complimentary hotel accommodation at one of ATF25Egypt's partner facilities, the luxurious Rixos Hotels Egypt, from May 21 to May 24, 2025. To avoid any misunderstanding, additional nights must be paid by the Hosted Buyer;
c) Shared shuttle transfer from the partner hotel to the event venue each day of the event;
d) Early access to the online meeting platform;
e) Personalized support by pre-scheduling meetings on the ATF WORLD meeting platform;
f) Listing in the Hosted Buyer Directory on the ATF WORLD meeting platform;
g) Business card drop feature with Participants via the ATF WORLD meeting platform;
h) Access to the Buyers’ Lounge with complimentary refreshments and Wi-Fi during the event;
i) Invitation to the exclusive ATF25Egypt Party;
j) Access to special ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer events (transportation will be provided only to designated locations);
k) Personalized support throughout the Hosted Buyer Program from the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team.
l) A one-year complimentary subscription to GM e-magazine, along with one free brief news update (per year), to be chosen by the Hosted Buyer.



The following are NOT included in the Hosted Buyer Program:

a) Travel/health insurance;
b) Any visa or associated visa costs;
c) Extended hotel nights beyond the dates specified in the Hosted Buyer Program;
d) Costs for double occupancy accommodations;
e) Early check-in/late check-out fees or room upgrades;
f) Accommodation upgrades and/or in-room improvements, minibar, extra charges for paid facilities;
g) Personal extras;
h) Costs incurred due to late payment or personal misuse;
i) Transfers not specified as included in the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Program.
j) Kindly note that the round-trip flight ticket is not included in the Hosted Buyer Program. Every Hosted Buyer is responsible for securing their own round-trip flight tickets to the event.

6. HOSTED BUYER COMMITMENTS
All Hosted Buyers accepted into the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Program must:
a) Participating in face-to-face B2B meetings in Antalya
b) Attend all 3 days of the event. For the avoidance of doubt, buyers who only wish to attend for 3 days or less will not be accepted or, if accepted, will be removed from the Hosted Buyer Program. This includes arriving late on the first day of the Event or leaving on the morning of the last day of the Event;
c) Arrive on May 21, 2025 (one day before the Event) and depart no later than 15:00 on May 23, 2025;
d) Commit to attend at least 16 appointments (8 appointments on Day 1 and 8 appointments on Day 2). Appointments cannot be combined;
e) attend all appointments as scheduled in advance;
f) Use ATF WORLD, the meeting platform provided by the Event, to conduct all pre-scheduled meetings;
g) Complete both the Hosted Buyer registration form and the Exhibition Registration online;
h) Pay a registration fee of 200.00 € + VAT upon successful application;
i) Hosted Buyer and company in accordance with the guidelines on the meeting platform ATF WORLD
complete their profile in full;
j) Complete all appointment ratings at ATF WORLD;
k) Complete the official post-event and official Hosted Buyer surveys;
l) Attend all mandatory networking events as scheduled. Late arrivals after the time specified in the finalized Event schedule will be considered a 'No Show'. Please see the No Show policy below for details;
m) By email and cell phone during the event and preferably by WhatsApp for broadcast messaging
to be contactable.

7. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTINUITY AND MINIMUM APPOINTMENTS
a) As part of their Hosted Buyer status, all Hosted Buyers must pre-schedule at least 16 appointments with Participants, including 8 appointments on Day 1, and 8 appointments on Day 2. Appointment requirements cannot be combined, and the specified number of appointments must be met for each day.
b) Please note that attendance at appointments will be tracked, and failure to attend will constitute a violation of these terms and conditions.
c) All Hosted Buyers must use the ATF WORLD meeting platform to secure their meetings during the Event.
d) When the ATF WORLD platform goes live, Hosted Buyers must complete their personal and company profiles in full and on time.
e) Meetings arranged outside the platform are not recommended and will not be counted toward the minimum meeting requirement.
f) Hosted Buyers unable to attend an appointment should contact the Participant directly to reschedule or notify the ATF WORLD team on-site as early as possible.
g) Buyers applying to the Hosted Buyer Program allow their contact details to be shared with Participants at the Event to arrange meeting appointments.
h) Hosted Buyers must attend all three days of the Event. Late arrivals or early departures may affect their Hosted Buyer status.
i) Hosted Buyers must immediately notify the ATF Hosted Buyer Team in case of delays upon arrival.
j) GMT Fuarcılık accepts no responsibility for any person missing flights, transfers, or event functions related to the Event. Any extra costs incurred are the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.
k) Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will be considered a breach of this agreement. For further details, please refer to the sections on Non-Compliance, No Show, and Cancellation.

8. FAILURE TO COMPLY
a. The Hosted Buyer Recipient's failure to fulfill any of the conditions set out in these terms and conditions may result in one or more of the following;

I.	Revocation of Hosted Buyer status;
II.	Exclusion from the Hosted Buyer Program and future Hosted Buyer Programs;
III.	Loss of Hosted Buyer accommodation where applicable; and/or
IV.	Additional fees as set out in Section 9.

b. Hosted Buyers' attendance at Events will be monitored by the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team. Failure of the Hosted Buyer to comply with the minimum appointment requirement and networking events will be assessed as 'Non-Compliance'.

9. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Cancellations will only be accepted free of charge if written confirmation is sent by email to 
aftbuyers@gm-center.com and received before Sunday, April 20, 2025. In addition:
a) All cancellation notifications must be confirmed in writing by the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team;
b) Networking activities specifically designated for Hosted Buyers are mandatory. Failure to attend or late attendance may result in the cancellation of the Hosted Buyer position, along with the associated benefits. Such behavior may also affect future applications;
c) The registration fee of 200.00 € + VAT will not be refunded in case of cancellation, except in case of a medical emergency and other exceptions mentioned below;
d) Cancellation exceptions include Medical Emergency with valid medical certificate, bankruptcy, company closure, travel restrictions as a result of Covid-19 or layoff. Proof of such circumstances will be required and a refund of the registration amount will be allowed up to two weeks prior to the Event and no later than 10 May 2025;
e) No refunds will be given for late cancellations after May 10, 2025 unless they are due to a valid medical emergency affecting the Hosted Buyer or their immediate family;
f) Cancellations due to medical emergencies will only be accepted if they relate to the Hosted Buyer or their immediate family, including a spouse/partner, siblings, parents, grandparents, or children;
g) Cancellations due to medical emergencies must be supported by a health report written on clinical letterhead. Please provide this report in English if possible. The report must be signed and stamped by the attending physician, and a copy should be sent by email to the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team. Medical certificates will be treated with the utmost confidentiality;
h) In cases where cancellations must take place, Hosted Buyers are requested to show courtesy to GMT FUARCILIK by trying to find a replacement within their own company;
i) Government travel restrictions due to Covid-19 or any other circumstance must be verified to be considered a valid reason for cancellation;
j) If the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team is unable to contact a Hosted Buyer, and no response is received via social media, WhatsApp, phone call, or email, the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team reserves the right to remove the Hosted Buyer from the Hosted Buyer Program. The Hosted Buyer will be given ample opportunity and prior notice to respond.

10. CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND NON-COMPLIANCE FEES
a) Any cancellation received after Sunday, April 20, 2025, will incur a cancellation fee of 500 € (plus VAT).
b) Hosted Buyers who fail to arrive on time for the Event opening or leave early without prior approval from the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team will incur a fee of 500 € (plus VAT).
c) A Hosted Buyer who misses three (3) or more Pre-Scheduled Appointments will be considered in “non-compliance” according to these terms and conditions.
d) If a Hosted Buyer does not arrive at their accommodation on time or does not show up without adequate prior notice, this will be considered as a “No Show.” This includes situations where the Hosted Buyer makes alternative accommodation arrangements without notifying the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team in writing.
e) In the event of a “No Show” or “Non-Compliance,” Hosted Buyers will incur a fee of 1,000 € (plus VAT), and their position, accommodation, and any associated Hosted Buyer benefits will be canceled. Such behavior will also affect future applications.
f) Cancellation and no-show fees are a reasonable pre-estimate of GMT Fuarcılık's losses and costs, including administrative fees related to the cancellation and reorganization of the relevant bookings. GMT Fuarcılık will charge the Hosted Buyer's credit card for these cancellation and no-show fees 14 days after the Event’s closing date, if payment has not been made by another method. GMT Fuarcılık will provide Hosted Buyers with a receipt for the charges. Hosted Buyers can request an invoice if necessary.
g) Except for a medical emergency concerning the Hosted Buyer or an immediate family member, no refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 10, 2025.
h) Cancellations due to medical emergencies will only be accepted if they involve the Hosted Buyer or their immediate family members, including a spouse/partner, siblings, parents, grandparents, or children.
i) Medical emergency cancellations must be supported by a health report on clinical letterhead. Please provide the report in English if possible. This report should be signed and stamped by the attending physician, and a copy should be emailed to the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team. Medical certificates will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
j) Hosted Buyers are requested to try to find a replacement from within their company and notify GMT Fuarcılık in case of cancellation.
k) Government-imposed travel restrictions due to COVID-19 or other circumstances must be verified to be accepted as a valid reason for cancellation.
l) If the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team cannot reach a Hosted Buyer and does not receive a response via social media, WhatsApp, phone calls, or email, the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team reserves the right to remove the Hosted Buyer from the Hosted Buyer Program. The Hosted Buyer will be given ample opportunity and prior notice to respond.

11. GENERAL TRAVEL INFORMATION
a) GMT FUARCILIK recommends that Hosted Buyers confirm their flight details no later than Saturday, May 10, 2025 using the online travel information form provided in the Hosted Buyer Zone.
b) All Hosted Buyers must arrive one day before the Event starts and may only depart after the Event has concluded. Early departures will not be accepted unless absolutely necessary and must be confirmed in advance by the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team.
c) Flights for all Hosted Buyers must adhere to the specified arrival and departure dates and times. Hosted Buyers who do not meet the arrival and departure conditions may be removed from the Hosted Buyer Program, and a fee will be charged for the missing portion of the Hosted Buyer Program (see Section 10).
d) Any delays in arrival due to unforeseen flight conditions caused by airline delays or cancellations must be reported to the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Hosted Buyer Program and may incur a fee. 
e) GMT FUARCILIK will not be held responsible for any flight cancellation costs or losses resulting from travel restrictions, border closures, or other factors preventing the Hosted Buyer from reaching the Event on the specified date.
f) GMT FUARCILIK advises Hosted Buyers to book flexible fare options and consider the airline's cancellation and refund policies, as well as the Event's arrival and departure criteria, before making flight reservations.
g) GMT FUARCILIK will not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to any person or property, or any additional costs related to travel caused by natural disasters, detentions, distress, delays, quarantine, strikes, theft, illness, civil unrest, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, transportation or hotel service inconsistencies, or changes.
h) Excess baggage, customs fines, and similar fees are the responsibility of each Hosted Buyer.
i) GMT FUARCILIK does not endorse or accept export gifts given by Exhibitors to Hosted Buyers. It is the responsibility of each Hosted Buyer to ensure that such gifts can be legally removed from Egypt and imported into their home country.
j) It is the responsibility of each individual to check for travel restrictions before making flight reservations.

11a. TRAVEL DATES
a) Hosted Buyers must be in Sharm El Sheikh  no later than May 21, 2025.
b) Hosted Buyers must not depart the Event before 3:00 PM on May 23, 2025.
c) Please refer to section 11 above on general travel information for details.

11b. VISAS
a) Please note that participants from certain countries may require a visa to enter Egypt.
b) Visa expenses are not covered as part of the Hosted Buyer Program and must be paid by the individual.
c) It is the responsibility of each individual to determine which visa is required and to ensure that the visa is obtained in time for the Event.
d) Hosted Buyers may request a confirmation letter about the Hosted Buyer Program as part of their visa application. Please allow 24 hours for a response unless it is a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) when the GMT FUARCILIK office is closed and the response will be received no later than the following Monday.
e) GMT FUARCILIK is unable to assist with any visa guidance including checking, submission or processing.

11c. INSURANCE
a) Please note that travel insurance is the responsibility of the Hosted Buyer.
b) GMT FUARCILIK will not provide or arrange travel insurance as part of the Hosted Buyer Program.
c) Travel insurance must be in force from the day of departure until and including the date of arrival in the Hosted Buyer's home country.

12. ACCOMMODATION
a) The Hosted Buyer hotel will be confirmed one week prior to the Event's start date.
b) Accommodation will be provided for three (3) nights from May 21 to May 24, 2025. To avoid any misunderstandings, check-out will be on the morning of May 24, 2025. Requests for deviations from these dates will not be accepted; however, Hosted Buyers can book and pay for additional nights.
c) Hosted Buyers are kindly asked not to request a specific hotel. Accommodation will only be provided at the official hotel partners of the ATF25Egypt for the specified dates. In case of multiple hotels under the same brand at the destination, only the hotel designated by the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team will be used. Requests for a different hotel will not be accommodated.
d) Any additional accommodation beyond the three (3) nights provided by GMT FUARCILIK and any associated costs (personal expenses) will be the responsibility of the Hosted Buyers. If additional accommodation is required to meet the specified arrival or departure dates and times, it must be arranged and paid for by the Hosted Buyer.
e) Hosted Buyers can request additional nights through the travel information form in the Hosted Buyer Area; however, all additional accommodation bookings will be confirmed by the hotel directly, not by the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team.
f) Hosted Buyers may be asked to provide a credit card at check-in. This is a standard procedure and will be used to cover any unpaid personal expenses, additional nights, or incidental charges.
g) Hosted Buyers must settle all expenses with the hotel before departure. Failure to do so will result in indemnification of GMT FUARCILIK.



13. TRANSFERS
Return to Hotel / Venue Transfers
a) Transfers between the hotel and the Event venue are part of the Hosted Buyer Program. A schedule will be provided; however, GMT FUARCILIK will not be responsible for missed departures.
b) Transfers will depart on time, and no waiting will be allowed for individuals who are missing or 
delayed. It is the Hosted Buyer's responsibility to be at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time.
c) In the event of a missed transfer, each Hosted Buyer will be responsible for arranging their own transport to the Event at their own expense.
d) Any additional transfers outside those provided as part of the Hosted Buyer Program must be arranged and paid for independently by the Hosted Buyer and will not be reimbursed by GMT FUARCILIK.

14. MEDICAL
a) Hosted Buyers are advised to travel with sufficient health insurance to cover any potential expenses, such as hospitalization, quarantine, or flight cancellations.
b) Hosted Buyers must comply with all travel, entry, and legal requirements mandated by the Arab Republic of Egypt.
c) It is important for each individual to check the exit and re-entry requirements for their own country, as well as any requirements for entry into Egypt and other countries as part of their post-event travels.

15. LANDLORD HOSTED BUYER EXCHANGES
a) Invitations extended to Hosted Buyers are non-transferable, and name changes are at the sole discretion and approval of the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team.
b) If a Hosted Buyer must cancel their participation, they should:
I. First, request that a colleague from their organization to attend as a substitute.
II. Substitutes will not be guaranteed a Hosted Buyer spot and will be subject to the same qualification criteria and application process.
III. If a replacement is accepted by GMT FUARCILIK, no cancellation fee will be charged to the Hosted Buyer.

16. GENERAL
a) The Africa Tourism Fair (ATF25Egypt) is a commercial event owned and organized by GMT FUARCILIK.
b) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
c) Completion of the Hosted Buyer application process signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
d) GMT FUARCILIK reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any Hosted Buyer from the Hosted Buyer Program without any liability if it is deemed to be in the best interests of GMT FUARCILIK or the Event, or if the participation of the Hosted Buyer is likely to harm the reputation of the Event.
e) Individuals attending the Event from the same company as a Hosted Buyer or accompanying a Hosted Buyer will not be included in any Hosted Buyer Program offers.
f) The Hosted Buyer status of any individual reported to be selling their own products or services will be immediately cancelled. They will need to apply as a Participant or commercial visitor. This will result in immediate removal from the Hosted Buyer Program, cancellation of all accommodations provided by GMT FUARCILIK, and the forfeiture of the 200.00 € + VAT registration fee, which may also incur a 'non-compliance' fee.
g) Hosted Buyers must adhere to the Event's etiquette at all times by responding to Participants' meeting requests in a timely manner and regularly checking for new meeting requests and messages from Participants.
h) Hosted Buyers should understand that they will receive email reminders regarding their Hosted Buyer Program commitments, particularly where deadlines or requirements are not met.
i) Hosted Buyers who engage in aggressive, rude, provocative, discriminatory, or demeaning behavior, whether in person or online (via email, social media, or any other means), toward any other Event participant or GMT FUARCILIK Team will be automatically removed from the Hosted Buyer Program. All Hosted Buyer privileges will be rendered void, and they will be removed from the Event. Such behavior will affect all future applications within the GMT FUARCILIK travel portfolio.
j) The ATF WORLD platform is a service provided by GMT FUARCILIK for Participants to schedule meetings and organize their on-site agendas before the Event. Under no circumstances should any Participant use the ATF WORLD meeting platform to promote political, financial, governmental, policy, gender, environmental, or other topics deemed aggressive, provocative, discriminatory, or demeaning. Any individual caught doing so will be prohibited from attending the Event, and such behavior will affect all future applications within the GMT FUARCILIK travel portfolio.
k) All disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be governed by the courts of England.
l) By accepting these terms and conditions, Hosted Buyers consent, under all relevant data protection legislation, to GMT FAIR, its agents and subcontractors contacting them by telephone, fax, email and post and using personal information for internal processing and for disclosure to third parties such as airlines, hotels and Exhibitors in connection with their participation in the Event. In addition, GMT FAIR may use this information to invite Hosted Buyers to other events organized by GMT FAIR or its group or to offer them other related products and services provided by GMT FAIR or third parties. Hosted Buyers may contact the ATF25Egypt Hosted Buyer Team if they do not wish their personal information to be used in any of the ways mentioned.
m) GMT FUARCILIK will request Hosted Buyers to provide emergency contact details for use during the Event. These details will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. By providing this information, Hosted Buyers confirm that they have obtained the consent of the individual listed for their details to be shared with GMT FUARCILIK for this purpose.

17. EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
GMT FUARCILIK accepts no responsibility or liability for:
a) Hosted Buyers who miss their flights or travel arrangements;
b) The bankruptcy or failure of any airline, hotel, ground services company, or other supplier;
c) Flight cancellations or delays;
d) Denial of boarding to a Hosted Buyer or refusal of entry to Egypt or any other connecting country;
e) Any delays, baggage loss, or excess baggage charges;
f) Costs of rebooking flights or other similar expenses;
g) Individual visa requirements, travel permits, other licenses, and vaccinations, and all related expenses, which remain the sole responsibility of the Hosted Buyer;
h) Hotel expenses, except those covered by GMT FUARCILIK;
i) Loss, damage, or delay caused by war, hijacking, terrorist activities, civil disorder, industrial disputes, fuel shortages, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, military activities, epidemics, or any other circumstances beyond the control of GMT FUARCILIK or its subcontractors, which may make it impossible or inadvisable for GMT FUARCILIK to hold the Event as scheduled or to transport Hosted Buyers to the Event, including loss, damage, or delay of appointments or other services. GMT FUARCILIK reserves the right to reschedule the Event for an alternative date and/or location;
j) Any loss of profit, business, revenue, expected savings, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, or expense, contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with a Hosted Buyer’s participation in the Event; and
k) Except in cases where such liability cannot be excluded under Egyptian or English and Welsh laws, the death or personal injury of any Hosted Buyer.

18. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
GMT FUARCILIK will use all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy to fulfill these terms and conditions, including disclosing such information to travel and destination management companies, conference service providers, and Participants related to the Hosted Buyer’s participation in the Event.
