Launched under the name Africa Tourism Forum and rapidly expanding within a shortperiod of time, this organization is positioned as a significant platform aiming to integrateAfrica’s tourism potential into the global tourism network. Organized by GMT Fair, theAfrica Tourism Fair seeks to strengthen regional cooperation opportunities, bring Africa’stourism industry together with international investors, and create new value areas for theglobal tourism sector.
The launch edition, Africa Tourism Forum, was held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, across an area of 10,000 m². Within the scope of the forum, 2,000 invited travel agencyrepresentatives from 67 countries were hosted, and a total of 3,077 professional visits wererecorded. Across eight sessions, 25 speakers shared visionary perspectives on the future of African tourism. The forum attracted strong interest and was covered by hundreds of newsarticles in five different languages.
In light of this impact, GMT management decided to expand the concept into a full-scaleAfrica Tourism Fair format.
The Africa Tourism Fair Egypt, scheduled to take place in Sharm El Sheikh in 2026, is designed to showcase Africa’s tourism potential to the world and is expected to providesignificant momentum to the continent’s tourism dynamics in 2026.
Africa Tourism Fair Tunisia
Developed within GMT Fair’s strategic vision to strengthen the regional footprint of theAfrica Tourism Fair, ATF Tunisia 2026 is positioned as a key platform connecting North Africa’s rapidly growing tourism potential with the global tourism network.
Located at the natural crossroads of the Mediterranean and the African continent, Tunisiastands out with its strong connectivity to Europe and the Middle East, making ATF Tunisiaa strategic hub for African tourism development. As a regional pillar of the Africa Tourism Fair ecosystem, ATF Tunisia 2026 will take place in 2026 and will bring together tourismprofessionals, investors, and decision-makers shaping the future of the continent.

GMT FAIR
Founded in 2019 under the GM Center umbrella, GMT Fair is one of the fastest-growingand most innovative exhibition companies in the tourism sector.
Launched in 2019 on a 4,000 m² area, the Antalya Tourism Fair has evolved over time into a major global meeting point and is now held on an impressive 40,000 m² scale. The seventhedition, organized in October 2025, welcomed more than 40,000 professional visitorsfrom 109 countries. Nearly 1,000 tourism brands came together across approximately 400 stands, while participants conducted over 20,000 B2B meetings, setting a new benchmark in tourism exhibition standards.
GMT Fair made its international debut in May 2024 with the Africa Tourism Forum heldin Egypt.
