ATF Tunisia 2026 – The Sun of Tourism
Developed within GMT Fair’s strategic vision to strengthen the regional footprint of the Africa Tourism Fair, ATF Tunisia 2026 is positioned as a key platform connecting North Africa’s rapidly growing tourism potential with the global tourism network.
Located at the natural crossroads of the Mediterranean and the African continent, Tunisia stands out with its strong connectivity to Europe and the Middle East, making ATF Tunisia a strategic hub for African tourism development.
As a regional pillar of the Africa Tourism Fair ecosystem, ATF Tunisia 2026 will take place in 2026 and will bring together tourism professionals, investors and decision-makers shaping the future of the continent. Tunisia’s strategic location, cultural heritage and increasing investment focus reinforce its role as a reference point for Africa’s next tourism chapter.
ATF Tunisia is designed as a collaborative platform where regional tourism visions are transformed into global partnerships.
OBJECTIVES
Tourism plays a fundamental role in the economic development of emerging markets by generating income, creating employment and increasing foreign-exchange inflows. In this context, ATF Tunisia positions tourism not only as a travel industry, but as a multidimensional development engine.
Due to the diversity of tourism consumption, its economic impact extends across multiple production sectors including infrastructure, technology, education and culture. ATF Tunisia 2026 aims to accelerate this impact by bringing together public and private stakeholders under one strategic platform.
GMT Fair: The Leader of Innovative Exhibition Management
Founded in 2019 under the GM Center umbrella, GMT Fair is one of the fastest-growing and most innovative exhibition companies in the tourism sector. Launching the Antalya Tourism Fair in 2019 on a 4,000 m² area, GMT Fair now organizes the same fair on a remarkable 40,000 m². The seventh edition, held in October 2025, welcomed more than 40,000 professional visitors from 109 countries. Nearly 1,000 tourism brands met the industry across approximately 400 stands, while participants conducted more than 20,000 B2B meetings.
GMT Fair made its international debut in 2024 with the Africa Tourism Forum held in Egypt. Designed as the launch platform of the future Africa Tourism Fair, the forum took place on a 10,000 m² area in Sharm El Sheikh. The event hosted 2,000 invited international travel agencies from 67 countries and attracted a total of 3,077 visitors. Across eight sessions, 25 speakers shared insights shaping the future of African tourism.
Following the strong interest and demand, GM Center management decided to expand the concept into a full-scale Africa Tourism Fair, which will continue to promote Africa’s tourism potential globally.
In line with this mission, the Africa Tourism Fair Tunisia will introduce the country’s strategic role in African tourism with renewed vision and strong exhibition expertise in 2026.
